BurnerMate TS is a pre-engineered complete boiler control and flame safety system that utilizes DCS-III Controllers and a Color Touch Screen Operator Terminal in lieu of the traditional PCC-III Controller & flame safeguard arrangement. Preferred's New Model OIT Touch Screen Operator Terminals offer NEMA 4X protection, advanced communications , historical trending and intuitive operating and commissioning tools. Boiler setup and tuning is a display driven fill-in-the-blanks operation. The need for laptops and Blockware knowledge is eliminated. The BurnerMate TS upgrade is a minor price addition that offers real, tangible commissioning time savings and end user benefits.

The PC3_Setup “Commissioning Wizard” is available to support commissioning of UtilitySaver, LTA Oxygen Trim Control and BurnerMate Control System . This MS Windows® compatible commissioning software uses an automated step-by-step procedure to assist the service technician with the setup of the fuel and air actuators, sensor calibration and air-to-fuel ratio. The Automatic Fuel Oil Transfer Pump Set (ATPS) is a state-of-the-art-system duplex pump sequencing and monitoring system. It includes automatic lag pump back-up features that improve fuel system availability and safety. The ATPS has a time and date clock that enables “self testing” on a weekly basis, ensuring a reliable supply of emergency fuel oil.

The Semi Automatic Fuel Oil Transfer Pump Set (SATPS) provides both manual “on” or “off” operation or automatic operation in response to a “Call for Operation”. The SATPS can accept high and low level probe inputs to serve level control as well as boiler loop applications.
Cylindrical Day Tank / Rupture Basin COST ADVANTAGE
The Cylindrical Day Tank offers significant cost advantages (~ 31% lower) over the Standard Rectangular Day Tank and Rupture Basin assembly, while offering exactly the same features and functions. However, Cylindrical Day Tanks require larger door openings and increased floor space. On the other hand, when pump sets are installed on day tanks the Cylindrical Day Tank offers more mounting space at a reduced vertical height.
NEW Thermopump Fuel Oil Transfer and Heating Systems
The Thermopump System provides the above ground oil storage tank and exposed suction and return lines with a re-circulating flow of warm oil. Additionally, the New Thermopump can also provide automatic duplex pump fuel oil transfer functions for Boiler and Day tank applications.
