Current Openings
Electronics Technician: Troubleshoot and repair field returns and production defects. Train production test personel. Test jig design/build.
Required Skills: Analog, Digital, and microprocessor component level debugging, ability to write test procedures, strong PC software ability. 3+ years experience, ASEE or equivalent work experience.
Designer Draftsperson (Electrical/Mechanical): Extensive CAD drafting, bill of material preparation, materials requisition and electrical design.
Required Skills: 3-5 years experience doing electrical and mechanical CAD drafting and design for panel layouts, relay contact ladder logic, 3 ph motor starters, 4-20 ma loops and PLC based systems. PLC programming experience a plus. Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
Shop Foreman: Supervise 15 factory employees. Production supervision requirements are "job shop" based and include custom and standard electronic, electrical and mechanical assemblies. Schedule production work orders and execution to meet required delivery dates. Work closely with purchasing and inventory personnel to ensure materials are received in time to meet delivery schedule. Maintain and manage inventory levels for stock items. Review and approve completed time sheets. Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to using guidelines outlined in the company handbook.
Required Skills: Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Must be a self-starter who works independently with minimum supervision. Strong efficiency enhancement and organizational skills. Proficient in computer use with working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Access. Inventory control and monitoring. Knowledge of MRP a plus.
Product Development Engineer: Seeking a person with engineering and controls experience for our product development team. Responsibilities include performing logic configuration for proprietary controls, operation manual design, and product testing.
Required Skills: Experience in "C" style programming and technical writing.
